Sand coating system is specially designed for accurate discharge of sand for That we use our plc controlled skip charger attached with load cell system which Consist weigth sensors. The mixer's impeller hub is of robust s type blade design with Replacable carbide tip scrapper.
The plant process is starts with skip charger that elevate sand and dump into the mixer and the proper quantity of resin and hardners are added with help of load Cell. While mixing the sand with resin and hardner the hot air from oven blows into the drum for heating and proper mixing of sand. Product after this process is in the Form of lumps. The mixture then comes into vibro sand siever at which siever breaks the lumps and sieves the sand without damaging the coating. Afterwards this Material is elevated to the storage hopper with the help of bucket elevator. The Portable siever is placed below the hopper which is used for sand seperation.
